Консультирование доноров гамет, эмбрионов и суррогатных матерей: проблемы и пути их решения в мировой практике

Донорство в репродукции сегодня – один из методов успешного решения проблемы бесплодия и зачастую единственный шанс для многих стать родителями. Процедуры вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий (ВРТ) имеют не только медицинские аспекты; особую роль в них играют как психологическое состояние всех участников, так и осознание ими социальных и юридических последствий ВРТ. В данной статье анализируется мировая практика консультирования доноров в репродукции. Мы рассматриваем, как регламентируется законодательно или рекомендуется в документах ответственных организаций необходимость обеспечения консультирования доноров, а также формулируются цели и объем консультационных услуг. Консультирование доноров в сфере репродукции различается в разных странах и в зависимости от репродуктивного материала. Но существуют и общие тенденции. В ходе большинства консультаций с донорами обсуждаются их мотивы, последствия донорства, как физические, так и психологические, ожидания в будущем и правовые вопросы, что крайне актуально для подписания информированного согласия. Особое внимание уделено последствиям донорства для нынешней или будущей семьи донора, обсуждению ожиданий и требований в отношении обмена информацией между всеми заинтересованными сторонами.
Заключение: Своевременное информационное, юридическое и психологическое консультирование доноров является залогом осознанного подписания донором информированного согласия и способно снять многие проблемы до начала процедуры донации. Осознанное решение стать донором в репродукции, высокий уровень мотивации, готовность к сотрудничеству с врачом и реципиентом, стабильное психологическое состояние, поддерживаемое психологом на протяжении всего процесса, являются факторами благоприятного прогноза эффективности ВРТ.
