Роль лактоферрина и тиндаллизированных лактобактерий в эрадикации условно-патогенных микроорганизмов и восстановлении эубиоза влагалища

Цель: Представление результатов применения лактоферрина (ЛФ) и тиндаллизированных пробиотиков (Lactobacillus spp.) как новых стратегий противодействия бактериальным и грибковым вульвовагинальным инфекциям.
Материалы и методы: Поиск литературных источников проводился в международных базах публикаций PubMed/MEDLINE, Google Scholar, Cochrane Library, в поисковой системе eLibrary по ключевым словам. Глубина поиска 10 лет. В анализ включено 46 публикаций.
Результаты: ЛФ, биглобулярный белок из семейства трансферринов, способен секвестрировать железо, необходимое для жизнедеятельности бактерий, что обусловливает его антибактериальное действие. ЛФ обладает пребиотической активностью и оказывает иммунотропное, противовоспалительное и регенераторное действия. Тиндаллизированные пробиотические бактерии – их бесклеточные супернатанты и очищенные ключевые компоненты, полученные путем термообработки, – способны защищать от патогенов, поддерживать целостность эпителиального барьера и оказывать иммуномодулирующее действие, что было показано в ряде исследований in vitro и in vivo. DuoLact – комбинация тиндаллизированных L. casei и L. acidophilus. ЛФ и DuoLact входят в состав продуктов линейки DERMOLIVO. Вагинальное применение средств на основе ЛФ и тиндаллизированных лактобактерий было протестировано в нескольких клинических исследованиях и показало высокую эффективность в эрадикации условно-патогенных микроорганизмов – возбудителей вульвовагинальных инфекций и восстановлении эубиоза влагалища.
Заключение: Экспериментальные и клинические исследования свидетельствуют об антибактериальном и протективном действии ЛФ и тиндаллизированных лактобактерий, что позволяет применять их в качестве дополнительной терапии вульвовагинальных инфекций.
