Роль митохондрий плаценты в этиологии и патогенезе осложненной беременности
В статье представлен анализ работ отечественных и зарубежных ученых в области исследования митохондриальной дисфункции в клетках плаценты как одной из возможных причин возникновения и развития осложнений беременности. Существует множество доказательств, свидетельствующих о том, что патогенез преэклампсии, задержки внутриутробного развития плода, преждевременных родов и выкидышей тесно связаны с окислительным стрессом, изменениями протеомного спектра, нарушением липидного обмена, экспрессии микроРНК, регуляции системы контроля качества, снижением активности ферментов дыхательной цепи, возникающими в митохондриях плаценты. Хотя патофизиология, лежащая в основе осложнений гестации, различна, изменения в структуре и функциях митохондрий являются во всех случаях общей терминальной стадией гибели клеток и могут быть мишенью для фармакотерапии.Перфилова В.Н.
